What you will do
- Establish and operate programme governance structures, including SteerCo and decision frameworks.
- Maintain the integrated programme plan, roadmap, and track milestones and dependencies.
- Coordinate activities across all workstreams and manage stakeholder communication.
- Produce status reports, dashboards, and manage risk, issue, and action logs.
- Support the definition of Target Operating Model (TOM) deliverables and approvals.
- Coordinate ERP tool selection and documentation processes.
Requirements
- University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years (typically 8–10+ years) of experience in PMO for large-scale transformation or ERP programmes.
- Proven experience in planning and tracking complex programmes involving multiple streams.
- Experience operating in multi-stakeholder environments involving business, IT, and vendors.
- Strong analytical and structuring skills for consolidating complex information into senior management views.
- Location: Work from the European Commission in Luxembourg
Nice to have
- Direct experience with ERP programmes such as SAP, Oracle, or equivalent.
- Professional experience within financial institutions or highly regulated environments.
- Deep knowledge of standard programme management tools, templates, and processes.
