What you will do

• Lead overall change management and communication initiatives to successful completion.
• Provide project planning and management expertise to ensure strategy alignment and implementation success.
• Create and execute tactical project work plans using Microsoft Project.
• Manage communication team activities and assess task assignment completion.
• Communicate project status and metrics to internal and external stakeholders.
• Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path deliverables.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience leading enterprise-scale, complex IT projects.
• Extensive experience with MS Project and MS Office.
• Proven track record in full lifecycle program management and project management processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a detail-oriented approach.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Must be able to work on-site in Springfield, IL (Mon-Thu).

Nice to have

• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification.
• Master’s degree.
