What you will do

• Lead design and evolution of lakehouse/data lake architecture, focusing on unstructured data and platform modernization.
• Provide technical direction for AI agents using LLMs, RAG, and vector databases to enable sales insights from fund performance and CRM data.
• Define and drive LLM and GenAI roadmap within the data ecosystem using enterprise-grade platforms.
• Engage stakeholders, translating architecture into actionable insights for technical and business audiences.
• Implement DataOps, data lifecycle management, governance, and security across the platform.
• Mentor team members, evaluate emerging technologies, and mitigate risks for operational excellence.

Requirements

• Fluent English — C1 level or above (essential for client engagement)
• Proven experience as Principal Data Architect on large-scale data lakes/lakehouse programs
• Deep expertise in AWS data services
• Hands-on with GenAI/Applied AI, LLMs, RAG, vector databases
• Working knowledge of Snowflake
• Strong DataOps, governance, lifecycle management
• Experience in Financial Services (asset management, fintech)
