What you will do

• Coordinate and control HSE systems during the manufacturing process and on-site erection.
• Implement the company's HSE management system and ensure adherence to all guidelines.
• Detect anomalies in occupational health and safety and participate in internal organizational planning.
• Investigate work accidents and provide detailed reports to appropriate management.
• Supervise environmental processes to ensure full legal compliance.
• Propose safe operations that maintain effective manufacturing and assembly efficiency.

Requirements

• Engineering education with a Master's degree in HSE or similar studies.
• Valid occupational safety specialist certificate.
• Experience in concrete/manufacturing environments, HSE fields, or construction supervision.
• Knowledge of German HSE law and the application of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards.
• Fluency in both English and German.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong organizational skills.
