What you will do

• Align technical solutions for LCE Enclosure Design Systems with stakeholders and make final technical decisions.
• Develop end-to-end design systems, including concepts, preliminary/detailed designs, and continuous improvements.
• Provide system requirements, comprehensive documentation, and test specifications to ensure full system verification.
• Define task sequences for design work packages and coordinate required competencies with Group Leads.
• Collaborate on system DFMEA and coordinate identified risk mitigation actions.
• Support Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for field investigations related to system components.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a comparable university degree.
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in the wind energy sector, specifically related to Fiber enclosures (GRP parts, moulds, bolting).
• Fluent English (written and spoken) is required.
• Strong coordination and communication skills for working across different teams.
• Availability to travel.

• Project management experience.
• Expertise in DFMEA development with a structured approach to risk assessment.
• Experience using TeamCenter.
