What you will do

• Conduct billable AI Readiness Assessments and build custom AI Risk Management Frameworks tailored to client operational contexts.
• Translate high-level regulations, specifically the EU AI Act, into practical and actionable guidance for clients.
• Develop and implement an ISO 42001 (AIMS) framework, integrating AI-specific controls into the broader ISO 27001 Information Security Management System.
• Manage AI-specific risks, including algorithmic bias and hallucinations, aligning them with established risk treatment plans.
• Lead internal audits at the intersection of info-sec and AI governance to ensure documentation compliance without duplication of effort.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to embed security and governance principles directly into the AI system design process.

Requirements

• Must be based in the European Union.
• Client-facing consulting experience delivering strategic gap analyses and AI Readiness Assessments.
• Proven expertise in risk management within technology or data-driven environments.
• Deep familiarity with ISO/IEC 42001 and the operational lifecycle of AI models.
• Strong working knowledge of the EU AI Act, including classification tiers and provider obligations.
• Exceptional communication skills to navigate requirements between technical developers and regulators.
