What you will do

• Own day-to-day operations of hirify.global Chat, including feature rollouts, content governance, and user experience monitoring.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to translate strategies into operational processes and execution plans.
• Define, track, and analyze core product metrics; surface actionable insights for performance improvements.
• Identify issues and pain points via data, feedback, and community signals; drive fixes with relevant teams.
• Design and execute growth/engagement initiatives like new feature GTM and user incentives.
• Support end-to-end feature launches: testing, communication, post-launch monitoring.

Requirements

• 3–5 years in product operations, growth operations, or related role in tech/internet company.
• Strong data-driven mindset; hands-on with analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, SQL plus).
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration in fast-paced environment with product, engineering, business teams.
• Strong understanding of social/messaging products; chat/community/content platforms plus.
• Manage multiple projects with attention to detail.
• Excellent English communication; Mandarin proficiency plus.
