What you will do

  • Own the end-to-end compliance product roadmap, covering regulatory licensing, KYC/AML, and onboarding flows.
  • Translate complex legal and regulatory requirements into unambiguous technical specifications for engineering.
  • Define and refine transaction monitoring logic, including rules, thresholds, and alert flows.
  • Analyze data flows across systems to ensure consistency and correctness for compliance-critical data.
  • Coordinate alignment between Compliance, Legal, Risk, and Engineering stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with engineers on technically sound solutions, including API contract design.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Product Management experience, with significant focus on KYC/AML or transaction monitoring.
  • Deep understanding of AML/KYC product logic and its translation into system flows.
  • Proven experience navigating regulatory requirements across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Technical fluency in reading API documentation (REST/JSON) and discussing architecture.
  • Strong written English communication skills for detailed documentation.
  • Experience in fintech, crypto, or payments is required.

Nice to have

  • Hands-on experience with SumSub or similar KYC/KYB vendors.
  • Familiarity with compliance data structures and SAR/STR reporting flows.
  • Experience with EU/MiCA, FCA, or local VASP regulatory regimes.
