Product Management Intern (Web3)

TL;DR

Product Management Intern (Web3/AI): Developing secure crypto products and AI-integrated features for a global financial platform with an accent on data-driven decision-making and cross-functional alignment. Focus on managing the full project lifecycle from requirements drafting to production and implementing automated compliance controls.

Location: New York, NY. Must be in person 3 days a week at the NYC office

What you will do

• Utilize AI tools to accelerate internal workflows and raise the quality bar for product deliverables.
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative user research and gap analysis using Databricks to drive recommendations.
• Draft product requirements documents (PRDs), support design/development, and perform user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Align engineering, operations, and back-office teams around a shared product vision and direction.
• Partner with engineers to launch features into production and track success metrics.

Requirements

• Pursuing a Bachelor's, Associate's, or Master's degree in Computer Science, Interactive Design, Business, or a related field.
• Must be located in or able to work in person 3 days a week in New York City.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for running stakeholder meetings and driving alignment.
• Analytical mindset with a foundational understanding of data analysis.
• Ability to decompose ambiguous problems into incremental, measurable milestones.

Nice to have

• Technical fluency to understand architectural decisions and technical complexity.
• Prior experience in startups, hackathons, or other internships.
• Knowledge of cryptocurrencies, cryptography, and blockchain technology.
