What you will do

  • Serve as the bridge between Sales/Onboarding teams and the Service Desk.
  • Handle internal escalations via dedicated group chats.
  • Lead service calls focused on short-cycle ticket reviews.
  • Act as point of contact for partners and clients to align on open items.
  • Coordinate immediate responses and internal priority setting.
  • Track and report on SLAs, backlog status, ticket quality, and root-cause trends.
  • Manage Help Center and Knowledge Base.
  • Coordinate partner training and AI-driven support initiatives.
  • Manage business process governance for standardized service delivery.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in IT-support/service related field.
  • Prior internship experience in IT support or technical service (highly desirable).
  • Familiarity with modern ticketing tools and dashboards, specifically Intercom (RDR dashboards) and Jira.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English.
  • Highly responsive in managing escalation channels and outage notifications.
