What you will do
- Serve as the bridge between Sales/Onboarding teams and the Service Desk.
- Handle internal escalations via dedicated group chats.
- Lead service calls focused on short-cycle ticket reviews.
- Act as point of contact for partners and clients to align on open items.
- Coordinate immediate responses and internal priority setting.
- Track and report on SLAs, backlog status, ticket quality, and root-cause trends.
- Manage Help Center and Knowledge Base.
- Coordinate partner training and AI-driven support initiatives.
- Manage business process governance for standardized service delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in IT-support/service related field.
- Prior internship experience in IT support or technical service (highly desirable).
- Familiarity with modern ticketing tools and dashboards, specifically Intercom (RDR dashboards) and Jira.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English.
- Highly responsive in managing escalation channels and outage notifications.
