What you will do
- Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues both remotely and on-site.
- Diagnose and implement solutions to ensure smooth IT operations and minimize downtime.
- Manage user accounts and provide comprehensive end-user support.
- Utilize service desk and remote tools such as ServiceNow and Jira.
- Support diverse clients across industrial, life sciences, public, and finance sectors.
Requirements
- Training in IT support (associate degree, etc.) or proven experience in a similar role.
- Basic knowledge of hardware (desktops, laptops, printers) and operating systems (Windows, macOS).
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, O365, and Intune.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts including IP addressing, routers, switches, Wi-Fi, and LAN.
- English, Dutch, and French are required.
- Availability to work day-shifts and weekends.
Nice to have
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified: Fundamentals, or Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA).
