What you will do
- Provide technical support via chat, phone, and email to merchants using the POS platform.
- Diagnose root causes by analyzing system behaviors, logs, and hardware/software interdependencies.
- Guide customers through complex technical hurdles using product knowledge and troubleshooting logic.
- Document troubleshooting steps and outcomes to ensure accurate case tracking.
- Escalate complex issues to deeper investigation teams when necessary.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product features and support tools through continuous learning.
Requirements
- Exceptional French and English written and verbal communication skills are required.
- Availability to work over the weekend is required.
- Minimum one year of experience in a customer support role.
- Experience troubleshooting software applications, POS systems, or business software.
- Familiarity with computer hardware, networking basics, and software troubleshooting practices.
- Fluency in English as a working language is required.
