What you will do

  • Provide technical support via chat, phone, and email to merchants using the POS platform.
  • Diagnose root causes by analyzing system behaviors, logs, and hardware/software interdependencies.
  • Guide customers through complex technical hurdles using product knowledge and troubleshooting logic.
  • Document troubleshooting steps and outcomes to ensure accurate case tracking.
  • Escalate complex issues to deeper investigation teams when necessary.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product features and support tools through continuous learning.

Requirements

  • Exceptional French and English written and verbal communication skills are required.
  • Availability to work over the weekend is required.
  • Minimum one year of experience in a customer support role.
  • Experience troubleshooting software applications, POS systems, or business software.
  • Familiarity with computer hardware, networking basics, and software troubleshooting practices.
  • Fluency in English as a working language is required.
