What you will do
- Troubleshoot and resolve product and service-related issues for customers and partners.
- Communicate best practices for leveraging products within Salesforce environments.
- Advocate for customer priorities internally to drive product improvements.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and resolutions in Salesforce.
- Contribute to the creation and improvement of the internal knowledge database.
- Serve as an escalation point for complex technical issues.
Requirements
- Fluent in English and French (written and oral).
- Must be based in or able to work from Sofia, Bulgaria.
- Experience with Salesforce and proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in shifts.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
