What you will do

• Maintain deep expertise in Social and Performance solutions and share feature updates with the internal team.
• Create and localize sales materials, case studies, and narratives tailored for the Japanese market.
• Educate clients, agencies, and internal teams on the value and differentiation of company offerings.
• Build and manage strategic relationships with director-level stakeholders at major agencies.
• Drive solution deals through the pipeline by providing technical credibility and product depth.
• Lead the design, onboarding, and activation of Performance solution tests across multiple platforms.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in ad tech, digital advertising, or SaaS sales.
• Strong understanding of DSPs, ad servers, programmatic advertising, and social platform advertising.
• Proven track record of driving multi-stakeholder deals independently.
• Native-level Japanese and business-level English (written and verbal).
• Available to work from the Tokyo office a minimum of 3 days per week.

Nice to have

• Experience handling client objections autonomously with a solution-oriented approach.
• Experience launching product tests and translating results into client value stories.
• Hands-on experience in digital ad operations or campaign optimization.
• Comfort working with global teams across different time zones.
