What you will do

• Coordinate launch and stage acceptance campaigns, including reviews and mandatory documentation.
• Develop and improve operational processes for future campaigns in Germany and at global launch sites.
• Shape the future of multi-site launch operations as launch cadence grows.
• Provide flight experience and operational insights back to engineering teams to improve system design.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in the space sector or a comparable high-stakes environment.
• Degree in aerospace, mechanical, electrical engineering, or a similar engineering discipline.
• System-level technical understanding of launch vehicles and their subsystems.
• Experience in multidisciplinary troubleshooting and cross-functional coordination.
• Fluent in English.
• Based in Ottobrunn, Germany, and willing to travel globally.
