TL;DR

Senior Client Executive (Public Sector): Leading strategic sales activities across government, education, and research organizations in Poland with an accent on data infrastructure modernization and digital transformation. Focus on executing complex sales motions, managing public procurement frameworks, and expanding market footprint in highly regulated environments.

Location: Must be based in Poland. Currently remote, with a future expectation of hybrid (once a week in Warsaw) when the office opens.

What you will do

  • Develop and execute account strategies for public sector organizations, building relationships with senior stakeholders and procurement bodies.
  • Manage the full sales cycle including pipeline creation, solution positioning, pricing, and contract negotiation.
  • Orchestrate complex sales motions by coordinating with Solution Engineers and ecosystem partners.
  • Identify new buying centers within ministries, agencies, and regional authorities to expand presence.
  • Collaborate with partners and distributors to drive co-selling and seamless execution of opportunities.
  • Shape long-term data strategies aligned with cloud, hybrid, and secure data management solutions.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in public sector sales or indirect sales through partners.
  • Experience with Polish public procurement processes.
  • Ability to articulate value-led solutions in data infrastructure, cloud, and cybersecurity.
  • Native-level Polish and fluent English.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage high-complexity engagements.
