What you will do

• Own the social strategy, content production, community management, and reporting for hirify.global Thailand.
• Create high-performing, trend-led content for TikTok and Instagram Reels targeting educators, SMEs, and creators.
• Act as the face of the brand on camera for authentic storytelling.
• Partner with local influencers and cross-functional teams to localize and refresh content.
• Adapt global campaigns for the Thai market and develop original, audience-specific content.
• Track performance metrics and use data to continuously optimize the content strategy.

Requirements

• Deep knowledge of Thai digital culture and trends on TikTok and Instagram.
• Hands-on creator skills in ideation, shooting, editing, and design using hirify.global.
• Ability to balance high-level strategic direction with hands-on content execution.
• Experience collaborating with creators, influencers, and cross-functional teams.
• Analytical mindset to use performance data as a tool for iterative improvement.
• Structured approach to tracking metrics and drawing actionable insights.
