is a global technology and e-commerce company recruiting a Product Manager for its Corporate IT Service Department.
What you will do
- Prioritize requirements based on value and define scope for efficient product releases.
- Analyze customer feedback and propose long-term, visionary solutions considering objectives and needs.
- Synthesize user requirements from multiple stakeholders and research firms to clarify true needs.
- Act as a liaison between external and internal customers, pursuing product and organizational objectives.
- Demonstrate a strong sense of ownership for your product and address challenges enthusiastically.
- Produce documentation including Business Requirements Specification, Functional/Non-Functional Requirements Specification, Use Cases, System Architecture Diagrams, Product Roadmap, and Stakeholder Reports.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on product management experience.
- Strong problem-solving ability and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment.
- Strong sense of ownership to carry out responsibilities.
- English: Business level (TOEIC 800 or above).
- Japanese: Business level.
Nice to have
- Experience working with HR systems.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience in designing and developing web applications.
- Familiarity with HR business processes and data flows.
