Product Manager - Corporate IT Service Department (CITSD) (HR Systems)

hirify.global's Corporate Information Technology Department manages internal human resources and general affairs systems deployed in Japan and globally.

What you will do

• Prioritize requirements based on business value and define product scope for efficient releases.
• Analyze customer feedback, stakeholder information, and research to identify user needs and improve products.
• Propose long-term solutions aligned with executive objectives, stakeholder needs, and organizational goals.
• Coordinate between internal and external customers while pursuing product, project, and shared organizational objectives.
• Own the product, proactively address challenges, and monitor product status.
• Produce business and functional/non-functional requirements specifications, use cases, system architecture diagrams, product roadmaps, and stakeholder reports.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on product management experience.
• Strong problem-solving ability and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment.
• Strong sense of ownership and ability to carry out responsibilities.
• Business-level English, with a TOEIC score of 800 or above.
• Business-level Japanese.

Nice to have

• Experience working with HR systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience designing and developing web applications.
• Familiarity with HR business processes and data flows.
