What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of DevOps Engineers across VCP, CP, CPS, and CP Billing teams.
• Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation.
• Collaborate with product owners, development, QA, and security teams to ensure seamless delivery.
• Drive adoption of DevOps best practices, including Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automated testing.
• Ensure high availability, scalability, and security of production environments across cloud and on-premises infrastructure.
• Standardize DevOps processes and tools to improve efficiency and reduce operational risk.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering teams in complex, multi-product environments.
• Strong technical background in CI/CD, cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure), and automation tools.
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Ansible, Chef, Puppet, Terraform, or CloudFormation.
• Proficiency with monitoring and logging solutions such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or Splunk.
• Experience with Windows Server administration and IIS management.
• Must be located in Portugal.

Nice to have

• Experience with telephony systems, billing platforms, or security-focused DevOps.
• Familiarity with .NET Core, Angular, and microservices architectures.
• Experience managing hybrid cloud and on-premises environments.
