What you will do

• Technically lead SRE, Platform Engineering, and Tech Ops teams to deliver shared services and platform tools.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to engineering teams, participating in hands-on problem solving.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to prioritize reliability, performance, incidents, and releases.
• Drive improvements in Incident Management, Service Level Objectives (SLOs), and Release Management.
• Identify and manage technical debt to ensure it is visible and factored into planning.
• Coordinate with global, cross-cultural teams to maintain platform stability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 4 years of experience managing platform services or cloud components.
• Expertise in cloud-native environments, specifically Azure or AWS.
• Proficiency with Docker, Kubernetes, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum frameworks.
• Ability to work effectively in distributed, international teams.
