What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain IaC frameworks using tools like Ansible and Terraform to automate voice technology deployments.
• Own and operate automation pipelines in distributed, production-grade environments.
• Lead IaC and DevOps best practices for reliable, scalable, and secure systems.
• Drive modernization and optimization of voice platform automation.
• Analyze network or platform incidents and implement automation to reduce operational risks.
• Provide documentation, technical guidance, and support to operations and engineering teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, operations, or infrastructure, preferably in telecom or service provider environments.
• Hands-on experience with automation frameworks like Ansible and Terraform, including reusable modules.
• Solid knowledge of AWS and GCP services for cloud-native infrastructure.
• Proficiency in Unix/Linux systems, CLI administration, and shell scripting.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and web service workflows.
• Strong CI/CD pipelines using GitLab, GitHub Actions, or similar.
• Excellent English communication skills for distributed teams.
