Senior Product Manager (Voice Products)

What you will do

• Own direction, roadmap, and execution for telecom solutions.
• Lead features in Voice product roadmap for UC, CC, and AI solutions.
• Translate customer, partner, regulatory, and carrier requirements into product initiatives with measurable outcomes.
• Partner with Engineering, Finance, Sales, Operations, Support, and Regulatory teams to deliver solutions.
• Measure and improve KPIs for service quality, reliability, onboarding, and profitability.
• Champion telecom network expansion and evaluate emerging technologies including AI and competitors.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Management experience, with at least 3 years focused on business voice / UCaaS, telecom services
• Deep understanding of SIP, RTP, VoIP protocols, SBCs, telephony infrastructure
• Demonstrated track record of driving end-to-end product lifecycle for mission-critical platforms
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, comfort with regulatory, operational, and financial data
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to influence senior stakeholders
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
