What you will do

• Work directly with clients and multi-disciplined teams to design and implement digital identity solutions using vendors like CyberArk and BeyondTrust.
• Lead client engagements, provide subject matter expertise, and build relationships with senior executives.
• Create optimized digital identity architectures aligned with client business directions.
• Assist in business development through proposals, thought leadership, and industry events.
• Build knowledge capital via research and leverage insights for best-in-class client expertise.
• Grow the security practice across North America through entrepreneurial initiatives.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years experience in two or more digital identity vendors: CyberArk, BeyondTrust, etc.
• 8+ years consulting digital identity solutions across industries with C-level clients.
• Experience driving sales initiatives, identifying opportunities, and communicating value propositions.
• 15+ years with configuration and implementation of enterprise digital identity solutions including automated provisioning, RBAC, SSO, and request-based access.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field (Computer Science, CIS, MIS, Engineering).
• Security certifications (e.g., CISSP) and vendor/Cloud certifications as a strong asset.

Nice to have

• Experience with SailPoint, Okta, ForgeRock, Microsoft Azure, Transmit Security, Saviynt, PingIdentity.
