What you will do

• Design, build, configure, and deploy IAM and PAM solutions, including identity management, access policies, authentication, secrets management, and reporting.
• Conduct analysis, generate designs, define use cases with stakeholders, maintain inventories, and develop documentation.
• Support IAM operations: troubleshooting, change management, system administration, monitoring capacity/performance, and on-call support.
• Lead projects, provide security consultations, develop project plans for PoCs, pilots, and production rollouts.
• Recommend infrastructure improvements, collaborate with teams on automation, integrations, and enterprise services.
• Provide training, analyze user feedback, implement SOPs/SLAs, and analyze metrics for policy improvements.

Requirements

• Must be a US Citizen
• 2-4 years experience using, installing, and administering IAM solutions
• Solid understanding of IAM concepts, controls, and technologies like MS Active Directory, Azure AD, MFA
• Knowledge of IAM patterns with Active Directory, GPO, Azure AD, AWS, GCP
• Experience with PowerShell scripting
• Knowledge of security standards like NIST, GDPR; managing enterprise infrastructure
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills; ability to work globally with stakeholders

• 4+ years IAM experience in enterprise/software industry; certifications
• Extensive Microsoft IAM: AAD, PIM, MIM, Azure MFA

• SSO, FIM, virtual directory; ISO27001, SOC2, FedRAMP, SOX
• APIs/scripting (JavaScript, Python); JSON, XML, SOAP, REST
