Sr. Consultant - IAM Advisory Services (Cybersecurity): Provide IAM thought leadership and strategic advisory on assessments and deployments, focusing on business analysis, solution specifications, roadmaps, and client delivery. Focus on leading discovery phases, creating comprehensive documentation, and guiding clients through IAM guiding principles and industry trends.

Location: Fully remote anywhere in the United States. Travel as needed to customer locations (case-by-case during COVID).

What you will do

• Act as IAM subject matter expert, providing thought leadership on assessments and deployments.
• Lead day-to-day billable operations, build client relationships, and manage project needs independently or in teams.
• Deliver strategic and tactical advisory through guiding principles, trends, and recommendations.
• Create comprehensive documentation including requirements, use cases, diagrams, and presentations using Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
• Lead discovery and analysis phases from a strategic business perspective.
• Contribute to team building, knowledge transfer, training, and public speaking activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS or equivalent; minimum 5 years security consulting/business analyst experience, preferably IAM.
• 4-7 years technical architecture experience preferred.
• Experience with IAM vendors like SailPoint, Saviynt, RSA, CyberArk, Microsoft, Okta, Ping Identity.
• Strong written/verbal communication, customer focus, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Solid information security understanding; ability to learn new technologies quickly.
• Knowledge of compliance regulations like SoX, PCI-DSS, GLBA, HIPAA preferred.
