What you will do

• Develop and maintain a multi-year IAM technology roadmap aligned with business goals.
• Establish frameworks for IAM in hybrid and multi-cloud environments.
• Champion Zero Trust implementation with "never trust, always verify" policies.
• Design secure API authentication using OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and integrate with SIEM/UEBA/SOC.
• Architect unified identity solutions bridging on-premises and cloud IAM.
• Evaluate IAM vendors, manage Privileged Access Management, and create disaster recovery plans.

Requirements

• 8+ years in IAM, including architecture or senior technical roles
• Hands-on with enterprise IAM platforms like Microsoft Entra ID, Okta, Ping
• Strong knowledge of SAML, OAuth, OIDC, authentication, authorization, federation
• Experience defining architecture standards, reference designs, governance models
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills
• Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent

Nice to have

• Experience in regulated industries or public companies
• Familiarity with cloud-native identity and Identity Governance & Administration (IGA)
• Certifications like CISSP, CISM, TOGAF
