TL;DR

Team Manager, Identity and Access Management (Cybersecurity): Day-to-day operation of IAM team including access provisioning, reviews, job role maintenance, and issue resolution with an accent on RBAC, least privilege, and audit support. Focus on achieving zero inappropriate access, developing effective teams, and ensuring compliance with security frameworks.

Location: Hybrid at 483 Bay Street, Toronto until late 2026, then 3 Robert Speck Parkway, Mississauga. Current Work Authorization required.

Salary: $129,000–$158,000

What you will do

  • Process access requests for new hires, updates, and terminations while meeting SLAs and ensuring zero inappropriate access.
  • Perform access reviews to identify security issues like excessive privileges or separation of duties violations.
  • Develop and maintain Job Roles to reflect current business access needs.
  • Support internal and external audits by providing evidence and timely deliverables.
  • Manage and coach team members, evaluate performance, provide feedback, and address issues.

Requirements

  • College degree in IT or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 3 years in Information Security / IAM; 1 year leading teams in enterprise environment.
  • Knowledge of IAM systems, Enterprise Directory, Active Directory.
  • In-depth knowledge of security policies, Windows, desktop/mobile systems.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, communication, coaching, and training skills.

Nice to have

  • Banking, finance, or wealth management experience.
  • Experience with SailPoint IAM platform.
