Location: Hybrid in New York

Compensation: $130K – $200K

What you will do

  • Own a portfolio of enterprise partners, managing partner-sourced pipeline, deal progression, and revenue impact
  • Generate pipeline in top accounts via partner engagement and collaboration with GTM Engineers
  • Conduct account mapping, pipeline reviews, and develop scalable infrastructure like playbooks and workflows
  • Drive co-sell execution including deal registration, webinars, roundtables, and thought leadership
  • Collaborate with GTM Ops, Solutions Engineering, Legal, and Sales on routing, forecasting, and POCs
  • Represent partner feedback to evolve sales motions and processes

Requirements

  • 4–7+ years in sales, B2B partnerships, business development, or ecosystem roles at B2B SaaS companies
  • Hands-on experience with SIs, cloud, and tech partners in enterprise co-sell or partner-sourced revenue
  • Strong skills in pipeline generation, reviews, and deal collaboration with partners
  • Comfort in cross-functional settings with Sales, GTM Ops, Legal, and Solutions teams
  • Sales-oriented mindset measured on pipeline, deal influence, and revenue
  • Ability to build structured, trust-based partner relationships and engage at executive level

Nice to have

  • Experience with sales engineering, RevOps, or GTM teams
  • Familiarity with hirify.global, Crossbeam, Retool, Dust, or similar platforms
