Salary: $170K–$220K base + equity

What you will do

• Join existing product team to learn product building processes: customer research, specs, roadmapping, prototyping with Figma/AI tools, collaboration with engineers/designers.
• Launch new business line from scratch: incubate vertical, build phases, launch products.
• Hire and build team for the new business line.
• Conduct market research/analysis, test/launch features in weekly sprints.
• Interact with executives daily on high-impact problems.

Requirements

• Location: Must work remotely from specified US cities or Toronto
• Think in systems/first principles; obsessed with data stories and root causes.
• 2+ years post-MBA (or equiv) at top-tier firm; comfortable with complex projects.
• 4+ years in MBB consulting, IB, or high-growth startup.
• Run own data analysis; track record turning ambiguity into results.

• MBB consulting experience preferred.
