What you will do

• Own the architecture and technical direction of the hirify.global AI mobile experience to ensure scalability for broad adoption.
• Drive critical performance improvements for AI and audio pipelines to reduce latency and optimize streaming.
• Build offline sync capabilities and secure data architecture for real-world clinical environments with inconsistent connectivity.
• Translate complex challenges, including healthcare data security and AI integration, into clear technical execution plans.
• Mentor senior engineers to help them grow toward staff-level scope and influence.

Requirements

• 10+ years of software engineering experience, with a significant focus on mobile development.
• Proven track record of shipping production React Native applications at scale.
• Deep native expertise with the ability to solve problems beyond framework limitations.
• Demonstrated ownership of mobile performance, including defining SLOs and building observability.
• Experience with LLM API integration, on-device ML, or feature flag platforms.
