Salary: $118,000–$161,500 USD (US); 136,500–149,500 CAD (Canada)

What you will do

• Design and build high-quality features integrating third-party data and systems.
• Work with AI tools like Claude Code as primary collaborators for specs, code generation, tests, verification, and reviews.
• Define and codify AI-native engineering practices and playbooks for the team and organization.
• Build across full stack, shipping polished, performant experiences to tens of millions of users.
• Collaborate with product managers and designers on complex user problems and scalable solutions.
• Contribute to architecture, code reviews, on-call, incident response, mentoring, and team processes.

Requirements

• 3+ years building high-quality, consumer-scale software products
• 1+ year hands-on with prompting, evaluating, and building with LLMs
• Strong proficiency in mobile development (iOS or Android)
• Deep experience with agentic workflows, prompt engineering, context management, and function calling.
• Track record using AI tools to multiply output as a development partner.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and excitement for AI-native practices.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Technical field or equivalent.

• Web and backend experience (Java, Kubernetes, AWS).
