What you will do

• Deliver live, world-class instruction for dbt Cloud customers and partners via Zoom and potentially in person.
• Conduct live co-development sessions to help learners apply new skills.
• Create engaging learning environments for various audience sizes, from small groups to large webinars.
• Collaborate on curriculum development and workflow improvements based on classroom feedback.
• Develop deep product expertise in dbt and the modern data stack.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in teaching with data analytics experience, or vice versa.
• Proficiency in writing SQL within an analytics context.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to adjust instruction on the fly to meet diverse learner outcomes.
• Must be based in Ireland or Germany.

Nice to have

• Experience in customer education or training teams.
• Prior experience using or teaching dbt.
• Proficiency in analytics code such as Python or R.
• Experience with backwards design in curriculum development.
