Health IT Analyst

TL;DR

Health IT Analyst (Healthcare/DoD): Plan, execute, and sustain ASBP information management and reporting capabilities by supporting system enhancements, data integration, and analytics delivery with an accent on compliance with DoD, FDA, and HIPAA requirements. Focus on translating business requirements into technical solutions, developing reports and dashboards, and automating workflows for mission-critical operations.

Location: Onsite in Falls Church, VA. Public Trust clearance required. Up to 10% travel.

What you will do

• Design, enhance, test, implement, and sustain ASBP information systems and reporting platforms.
• Generate routine and ad hoc reports/dashboards for operational, strategic, and executive decision-making.
• Support data integration across ASBP and external DoD/partner systems.
• Identify and implement automation for manual processes using scripts and workflow tools.
• Provide training, technical support, and ensure data quality, backup, and recovery.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, vendors, and partners on system changes and IT project management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years experience supporting IT systems, data platforms, or business applications.
• Experience in Federal, DoD, or healthcare IT environments preferred.
• Familiarity with data reporting tools, dashboards, and business intelligence.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in team supporting mission-critical operations and maintain documentation/SOPs.
