• Shape technical direction in Sign Up and Demo space with code reviews, prototypes, and architectural guidance.

Requirements

• Significant software development experience at senior or staff level, influencing technical direction beyond your team.
• Experience in growth engineering or experimentation environments, building instrumentation and frameworks.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with Product, Design, Data, and Marketing.
• Hands-on technical skills for code review, prototyping, architecture, handling new and legacy systems.
• Comfort using AI tools daily to amplify effectiveness.
