What you will do

• Build product features across React/Vite frontend, NestJS backend, and PostgreSQL data layer.
• Develop systems to benchmark and optimize LLM performance, error detection, and security.
• Design and extend systems for monitoring, managing, and quantifying LLM drift in production.
• Build APIs, data models, and tenant-aware authorization boundaries for complex workflows.
• Create polished interfaces for workflow authoring, monitoring, and configuration-heavy dashboards.
• Improve system reliability through strong testing, runtime visibility, and careful debugging.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience with production enterprise systems.
• Strong experience with React and building complex data-heavy interfaces.
• Solid experience with multi-tenant, distributed back-ends and mandatory authentication/authorization.
• Deep PostgreSQL knowledge including schema design, query performance, and transactional thinking.
• Experience with durable or asynchronous systems like queues, jobs, or event-driven architectures.
• Must be based in or have a preference for the EU/UK region.

Nice to have

• Temporal.io experience or comparable durable workflow engines.
• Experience with AI/LLM integrations in production (OpenAI, Anthropic, agent patterns).
• Experience with security-sensitive backend work like RLS and tenant isolation.
• Experience with Kubernetes or Terraform.
