What you will do

• Design and implement conversational chat flows using Agentforce;
• Develop and optimize automated email handling including classification, routing logic, and response generation;
• Integrate Agentforce solutions with CRM platforms, APIs, and third-party systems;
• Customize and enhance Salesforce functionalities to support automation;
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve agent performance and user experience;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce development;
• Proven experience working with Agentforce;
• Experience building conversational AI solutions and chatbots;
• Knowledge of email automation workflows and intelligent routing systems;
• Strong API integration and system integration skills;
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical abilities, communication, collaboration, and Agile environment experience.
