What you will do

• Develop full-stack features for Autopilot using TypeScript, Python, or C#.
• Design, develop, and test scalable software systems and applications.
• Identify and mitigate performance bottlenecks to ensure high-quality code.
• Collaborate with cross-functional product and marketing teams to launch platform features.
• Architect reusable and evolvable codebases for long-term product success.
• Maintain code quality, organization, and automated testing standards.

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong production-level proficiency in TypeScript (or JavaScript), Python, and/or C#.
• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming and architectural design patterns.
• Experience with multithreading, asynchronous programming, and test frameworks.
• Strong grasp of data structures, algorithms, and complexity analysis.
• Ability to transform functional and UX requirements into working products.

Nice to have

• Previous experience working on AI-focused products.
• Knowledge of prompt engineering techniques.
