What you will do

• Support projects on the financial systems roadmap to improve business process efficiency.
• Collaborate with Finance and IT/Product teams to recommend system solutions and process improvements.
• Analyze and justify the need for IT enhancements or new applications for the Finance department.
• Partner with Accounting, Finance, and Procurement functions to lead key reporting and procurement process improvements.
• Perform process mapping, configuration, development, testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Develop work plans and communication strategies to manage project tasks and stakeholder needs.

Requirements

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Administration, Finance, or related fields.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Strong Excel skills, including proficiency with pivot tables and formulas.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Excellent verbal and written interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.

Nice to have

• Experience with NetSuite.
• Personal interest or experience in creating advanced Python and Machine Learning models.
