What you will do
- Ship experiments quickly, measure outcomes, and validate learnings to guide team decisions on further development.
- Partner across domains like signup, onboarding, and charting to create seamless activation experiences.
- Own feature quality and reliability in production through observability, proactive issue resolution, and high standards for maintainable, secure code.
- Mentor junior developers via code reviews, pairing, and communication to elevate team skills and ownership.
- Contribute to architectural decisions and trade-offs balancing rapid delivery with long-term sustainability.
Requirements
- University degree in Computer Science or related STEM field plus 5+ years experience (Master's/PhD with less, or 8+ years non-traditional).
- Depth in at least one technical domain with ability to independently design, build, and deliver medium-complexity projects.
- Strong knowledge of modern development workflows and generative AI tools, with preference for shipped AI outcomes.
- Experience with architectural trade-offs, secure, maintainable code across full SDLC in ambiguity.
- Proven mentoring of juniors through example, reviews, and collaboration.
