What you will do

• Mentor junior developers via code reviews, pairing, and communication to elevate team skills and ownership.

Requirements

• University degree in Computer Science or related STEM field plus 5+ years experience (Master's/PhD with less, or 8+ years non-traditional).
• Depth in at least one technical domain with ability to independently design, build, and deliver medium-complexity projects.
• Strong knowledge of modern development workflows and generative AI tools, with preference for shipped AI outcomes.
• Experience with architectural trade-offs, secure, maintainable code across full SDLC in ambiguity.
• Proven mentoring of juniors through example, reviews, and collaboration.
