Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of engineering experience.
• Extensive experience with large systems and leading large teams.
• Must be based in the United States (implied by 401k and US government business unit).
• Deep understanding of interactions between people, systems, and processes.
• Proven ability to act as a subject matter expert and individual contributor.
