Salary: $153,000 – $214,000 USD / $144,000 – $202,000 CAD

What you will do

• Lead development, testing, and debugging of production software for authentication features.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical decisions with product requirements.
• Mentor junior developers through pair programming, code reviews, and technical guidance.
• Drive technical design and implementation of improvements for performance, accessibility, and scalability.
• Build new test infrastructures and define coding standards to ensure high-quality software.
• Participate in on-call rotations to resolve production emergencies.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software development experience with a full-stack profile focusing on TypeScript and React.
• 2+ years of experience in the authentication and identity domain.
• Hands-on experience with OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML, WebAuthn, passkeys, and MFA.
• Must be based in the United States or Canada.
• Proven experience in testing methodologies and debugging techniques.
• Ability to mentor others and communicate technical concepts to non-technical partners.

Nice to have

• Experience with Kotlin, Swift, Rust, or Go.
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technical stacks.
