What you will do

• Own features end-to-end from requirements to delivery, collaborating with product and clinical stakeholders.
• Drive AI initiatives to improve care delivery, engineering workflows, and software lifecycle.
• Build across the stack including patient apps, pediatrician dashboards, and internal tools.
• Set technical direction on processes, CI/CD, testing, API/database design, and architecture.
• Ship high-velocity, secure code compliant with HIPAA standards.
• Mentor team through code reviews, guidance, and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• 7+ years experience with Next.js, TypeScript, SQL; fullstack proficiency across frontend/backend.
• Architectural judgment from owning complex projects end-to-end.
• Technical leadership through code, reviews, and decisions.
• Problem-solving in ambiguity with minimal oversight.
• AI-native: using AI in workflows and excited to experiment/integrate.
• Mission-driven for pediatric healthcare; growth-oriented and collaborative in remote setting.

Nice to have

• Experience with AWS/GCP or regulated industries like HealthTech/FinTech.
