What you will do

• Monitor imaging systems and worklists, escalating technical issues according to established procedures.
• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of exams and generate required operational reports.
• Coordinate effective communication between radiologists, physicians, and client teams.
• Handle incoming and outgoing non-sales support calls.
• Perform data entry and maintain clear documentation and team communication.

Requirements

• Background in Service Desk, Technical Support, Call Center, or Customer Service roles.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, continuously evolving environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Must be based in or able to work in Mesa, AZ on a hybrid basis.
