What you will do

• Analyze operational metrics, workflow efficiencies, and staffing utilization to identify improvement opportunities.
• Monitor and track key performance indicators, including turnaround times, case volumes, and quality assurance metrics.
• Develop and optimize staffing schedules by balancing provider credentials, geography, and client needs.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership regarding practice performance and staffing trends.
• Assist leadership with credentialing, accreditation, compliance programs, and business development efforts.

Requirements

• Education in healthcare administration, business, or data analytics (associate’s degree or higher).
• 2+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools.
• Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting complex healthcare data.
• Must be located in or able to work on-site in Idaho Falls, ID.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in radiology.
• Familiarity with healthcare IT systems such as PACS, RIS, and Qgenda.
