What you will do
- Lead field IT support team for high-quality remote and on-site service in radiology settings, handling escalations.
- Oversee IT operations including hardware/software issues, mobile devices, VPNs, user access, and downtime communication.
- Drive process improvements, documentation, training, and SLA-aligned ticket management.
- Manage hardware lifecycle, inventory, system upgrades, OS updates, and large-scale deployments.
- Collaborate with IT teams, clinical staff, vendors, ensuring coverage and service excellence including on-call.
Requirements
- Healthcare IT experience preferred, knowledge of radiology workflows and PACS systems
- Experience with voice recognition tools like PowerScribe or Fluency
- Relevant IT certifications (A+, Net+, MCSA, CCNA) or progress toward them
- Strong background in enterprise IT (200+ users), systems administration, large-scale deployments
- 3+ years leadership experience, broad expertise in devices, OS, AD, SCCM/MECM, virtualization
- Ability to multitask, support projects, with up to 25% travel
