What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end solution engineering and proposal lifecycle for mid-market opportunities.
• Design architectures for managed IT, cloud services, security, compliance, and infrastructure.
• Develop reusable templates, reference designs, and cost calculators to improve efficiency.
• Present solution proposals to senior client stakeholders and internal executives.
• Collaborate with sales account executives and delivery leads to align solutions with client business challenges.
• Monitor win/loss data to iterate on solutions and improve proposal success rates.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Senior Engineer or Sales/Solutions Engineer for managed services.
• Expertise in cloud, security, and highly scalable managed IT solutions.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Ability to travel throughout North America.
• Strong business acumen for building cost models, pricing proposals, and ROI cases.
• Industry certifications such as MSCSE, CCNE, or CISSP are preferred.
