What you will do

• Deliver presentations and hands-on demonstrations of ExtraHop technologies to internal teams and clients.
• Develop technical sales tools including sizing guidelines, best practices, integration guides, and solution documentation.
• Lead use case development, enablement sessions, and workshops for sales and technical teams.
• Define solution architectures, product matrices, SKU guidance, and bundling strategies.
• Collaborate with client teams on deployments, assessments, and value realization.
• Serve as escalation point for complex partner-related challenges and contribute to knowledge-sharing.

Requirements

• 5+ years hands-on experience with partner technologies like ExtraHop.
• Expert-level certification in at least one assigned partner technology; relevant certs like CCIE, CCNP, CISSP, GSEC, CEH preferred.
• Proven pre-sales and post-sales technical experience.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills for large audiences.
• Ability to translate technical concepts to business value.
• Up to 40% travel required.
