What you will do

• Implement hirify.global software in secure customer environments
• Act as trusted advisor, leading deployments from small projects to large multi-team engagements
• Plan, design, execute, and document custom integrations, enhancements, reports, and workflows
• Maintain expertise in hirify.global products and protected platforms like Windows, AD, SQL
• Explore AI integrations to enhance delivery efficiency and customer outcomes
• Provide feedback to product team on features, issues, and previews

Requirements

• B.A./B.S. or equivalent experience in software implementation
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Active Directory, and SQL
• Experience with logic/scripting/programming, especially PowerShell
• Expert knowledge of SharePoint, file systems, LDAP directories, network protocols, cloud environments
• Experience designing/implementing DSPM and ITDR solutions; PAM and identity management a plus
• Privacy/security enthusiast with data protection regs (GDPR, CCPA) knowledge; certs like CISSP/CISM nice
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities

Nice to have

• Experience building/applying AI/ML solutions for implementations
• Industry certifications (CISSP, CISM, MCSA, CompTIA)
