• Serve as a key contributor in front-end billing within the revenue cycle.
• Review and analyze claims prior to submission to ensure accuracy.
• Support clean claim submission and full account resolution.
• Manage demographics and claims to strengthen financial stability and scalability.
• Enhance customer satisfaction throughout the billing process.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• 2+ years of related experience or equivalent combination.
• Intermediate computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong written communication and analytical skills.
• Must be authorized to work in the US (E-verify).

• Experience with Imagine billing software.
