What you will do

• Provide computed tomography procedures using CT technology to produce diagnostic imaging.
• Assist physicians in formulating medical diagnoses while complying with safety and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct computerized tomography exams and document clinically appropriate results for physicians and records.
• Demonstrate knowledge of radiation safety to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff.

Requirements

• Successful completion of a radiology program at an accredited school.
• Current registration with the American Registry of Radiological Technologists (ARRT).
• State licensure where required.
• BCLS required.
• Competency in venipuncture, aseptic technique, universal precautions, documentation, contrast administration, and use of power injector.
